We offer 2 day camping safaris. (This trip will only run with a minimum of four clients)
Accommodation is in simple dome tents at our mainland camp, 10km north of Vilankulo.
Our beach camp is equipped with tents, camping mattresses, lights, showers and ablutions.
The camp offers great views of the Bazaruto Archipelago.
Camping Safari rates:
1 night/2 day = US$199 / MZN12800 PP (based on minimum of 4 persons )
Day 1
Depart for Magaruque Island, landing on the north point of the island. Snorkel on the base reef, explore the island.
After lunch set sail for camp, arriving late afternoon.
Day 2
Head to Bazaruto Island and explore the dunes of Ponta Dundo. Then on to 2-Mile Reef for snokeling (or diving by prior arrangement). If you are lucky, dugongs are sometimes seen in the channel between Bazaruto and Benguerra Island.
Seafood lunch on Bazaruto Island. Return to Vilankulo in the late afternoon.
